Rise & Grind: Problem Solvers

Stumped on a problem at work and looking for some outside perspective? Are you an entrepreneur or small business owner struggling to grow, market, or accelerate your business or career? Join YT on Tuesday, August 11, 8-9am for a guided virtual problem-solving session with your peers! Modeled after the House of Genius events, members can register as a "problem poser" (to have your problem addressed) or a "problem solver" (to lend your problem solving skills). We'll break out into virtual rooms where problem posers will share their dilemma with a group of problem solvers. Through a moderated process they'll have the opportunity to hear advice and solutions from the problem solvers. This event is FREE for YT members & not-yet members. Get ready to start your day with disruptive thinking, supportive input, and creative new ideas.

What to Bring: Problem posers - bring your problem, problem solvers - bring your thinking caps.

What to Expect: Problem posers will be matched with a group of problem solvers and have 10 minutes to share their dilemma with the group. Problem solvers will ask clarifying questions to better understand the problem. Each problem solver will give their best advice or suggest a solution, followed by a question and answer portion to dig deeper, then a last round of discussion. At the end, our problem solvers will share their professional backgrounds.
